Sophie and Can for RUS
Three years after their first collaboration with us, artists and partners Can Dagarslani and Sophie Bogdan return to reinterpret RUS universe with a balance of intimacy and imagination, letting their personal perspectives shape a visual language where life and art naturally intertwine.

For our 10th anniversary, we wanted to celebrate our partnership through what we love most: art, architecture, and fashion. Shooting in this extraordinary house in the Portuguese mountains, a structure that steps gracefully down a sloping hill, offered endless possibilities to explore perspectives, compositions, and the playful dialogue between space and presence.
The contrast of brutalist concrete, soft grey tones, and the sky blue pool became a living backdrop for garments by RUS, whose minimalist designs and delicate textures seemed to echo the spirit of the architecture. Surrounded by nature, with the rustle of leaves in the wind, the warm glow of the evening sun, and the sense of being far from cities and stress, the process felt calm and immersive.
Working together as a couple, we balanced intuition with intention, sometimes playful and spontaneous, sometimes deliberate and architectural. Our shared love for color, light, and detail in both fashion and architecture guided each frame, creating images that feel tender and dreamlike.
This series was more than a collaboration; it was a celebration of connection between architecture, clothing, nature, and each other, marking ten years of creativity, love, and exploration together.
