What sort of things do you find inspiring? Where do you find them?
Places and people are our biggest inspiration. Relations and communication are also very exciting. We love to travel and soak in the different energy of the new places and also get a lot of inspiration from museums, movies and walks in nature. Fashion and colour combinations can also be a starting point for a new work.
How important is the power of imagination?
For us imagination is a key for creating our art and comes naturally while working on a project. We love the process of creating something out of a mixture from what is already there and melting it with what we imagine inside of it. For Can it is where to place things and what to put into the frame, for Sophie it is which emotions come up and how to show them in movements.
How would you describe the RUS universe in three words?
Sensitive, pastel, dreamy

As creatives who express and live through art, how can you contribute to our planet's reconstruction?
We believe in the power of inspiring others with being the change first and care about the environment reducing flights, we don't have a car and we keep waste very low also for our shootings. When we travel to somewhere we combine it with shootings and like to involve local people, using local brands.
We love to show in our art scenes that are unusual and very playful, dreamy, at the same time we make them natural with the light, expressions and styling. We hope that people feel inspired to see more the beauty around them and making each others more aware of what we have is planting hopefully seeds to make us care more of our planet.
What's on your horizon?
Summer with all its warmness, power and liveliness, where we want to spend as much as possible our time outside swimming and creating and being in nature.
